Internet and Wi-Fi Networks

newPicture1.png

Rare is the home – or condo or apartment – that doesn’t have multiple devices connected to the internet through a wireless (Wi-Fi) network. Those devices include computers, tablets, smart phones, smart speakers, and smart televisions.

We look at your entire system based on the number of devices connected to your network and the speed you need to use them.

We examine:

Connection

Do you have enough bandwidth to support your devices and how you use them? Regardless of who your ISP is, your service can range from 1.5 MBPS (megabytes per second) to 1 Gigabit (1 million megabytes per second). The higher the bandwidth, the more you pay. You should only pay for the bandwidth you need.

Wi-Fi Network Connectivity

You need to have the right equipment to get the most out of your Internet and Wi-Fi network. We make sure that you have the right equipment in the right places.

Wi-Fi Network Security

Everything on a Wi-Fi network is exposed to any device within the network’s range. We make sure you’re set up to maintain all security updates and bug fixes while maximizing speed and performance.

All new clients get an initial house call to assess your network strength, coverage and security.
